Wireless World Net (WWN) plans to provide world wide WISP access that will not overload due to using an intent-based routing and mesh architecture. The virtue of having people online and moving constantly allows for expansion rather than overload. Specialized algorithms can be applied to any current wi-fi ready device (laptops, PDAs, cell phones) and to devices which would benefit from wi-fi and wi-max connections (cars, personal entertainment devices, other electronic equipment). Whereby users will remain connected to the cyber network as they move throughout it; the necessary bandwidth is intelligently routed to the next most likely node.

WWN works at the intersection of two important technology areas—Wireless Technology and Command/Control Systems—enabling more intelligent wireless technology through predictive techniques, by utilizing close connections to leading academic and research intuitions, such as the Center for Advanced Defense Studies, Oxford, University of Paris – La Sorbonne, Rochester Institute of Technology, and The George Washington University.
