Captain Jeff W. Johnson, USN is a senior intelligence analyst and systems engineer at Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC)where he supports the U.S. Intelligence Community in the areas of national security strategic planning; interagency cooperation and coordination, terrorism and counterterrorism analysis; counterintelligence studies; intelligence policy reviews; national imagery and signals requirements analysis; collection management and exploitation systems integration and design. Coupled with his 28 years of military intelligence experience with the U.S. Navy, Captain Johnson has an impressive breadth of knowledge which includes strategic and tactical operations as well as the technical and analytical capabilities of U.S. Intelligence. His assignments as a contractor and as a military officer have included the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), Joint Chiefs of Staff, (JCS), Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO), Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA) and Office of Naval Intelligence. Captain Johnson earned his Master of Arts degree in Security Policy Studies at The George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs, Washington, D.C., 1991. His undergraduate degrees are in Journalism from the University of Oregon (1980) and in Political Science from the University of Iowa (1978). He is also a Founding Member of Naval Intelligence Professionals, and is listed in the Global Register’s WHO’s WHO in Executives and Professionals 2006-2007.
