Jeffry L. Irving is a retired U.S. military intelligence officer who held numerous demanding and geographically diverse supervisory and field operational positions. Most recently, Mr. Irving represented the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army as Defense Liaison Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Nairobi, Kenya.

Mr. Irving is a graduate of the State University of New York, the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy, the Military Operations Training Course and numerous military intelligence and operations schools. He is the recipient of the U.S. Army Soldier’s Medal and the U.S. Department of State Meritorious Honor Award.
