Major Michael Frank Litzelman is currently a Civil Affairs Operations Officer, Special Operations Command; he served in US Special Operations Command, Korea, Ethiopia/Eritrea, U.S. Army Special Operations Command, Turkey/Northern Iraq, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command, Saudi Arabia, U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command. He holds a PhD in Public Policy from George Mason University, a Master's Degree in Political Science from American University, an MPA from Penn State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Government from Shippensburg State College.
